Team Sessions

If your club team needs a change and players are feeling a bit mentally and physically drained, boxing is a great way to not only address this but also to foster team unity. Fiteklub is designed not only to teach boxing but also to enhance the physical capabilities of athletes in other sports. Fiteklub's head trainer, Fidel Tukel, who has been involved with high-level team sports such as Rugby League and Union for the past decade, has developed various methods not only to improve your team's condition but also to instill a new culture of belief and determination. Boxing is the ultimate sport for cross-training when aiming to enhance your team's performance.
